After seven years at The Roosevelt Hotel, E-Commerce Manager Kelli Crean is moving on. Kelli has been a loyal and dedicated member of our team since 2006, beginning her time at The Roosevelt as a Sales Assistant. As the social media frenzy began to evolve in 2008, Kelli began our social outreach. She has been the social voice of The Roosevelt ever since.
Through hard work and a passion for creativity, Kelli was able to grow our Facebook accounts to more than 15,000 fans and our Twitter following to more than 10,000 people. Kelli has ensured The Roosevelt is on the forefront of the social frontier by creating and maintaining our profiles on Pinterest, Google +, and Instagram. Additionally, Kelli has created The NY Know, The Roosevelt Hotel’s blog, which sees more than 30,000 visitors per year.
Kelli is also credited with launching our mobile application, which can be downloaded on iPhone and Android devices. The app has been used to book thousands of rooms and to keep Roosevelt fans in the loop on hotel happenings.
Kelli made a name for herself by developing an incredible social following for The Roosevelt. Her social success did not go unnoticed. Kelli was approached by Marriott Hotels and Resorts (via Twitter) regarding a career opportunity as a regional e-commerce manager for a major hospitality brand. While we will miss Kelli immensely, we understand this is an amazing opportunity that should not be passed up.
We thank Kelli for her seven years of hard work at The Roosevelt and we wish her the very best in her future career endeavors. Her positive and friendly personality will be missed by all of us.
