New Executive Chef at The Roosevelt

The Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan is pleased to announce Robert Hohmann as the new Executive Chef. Hohmann has excelled in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years and will now be responsible for preparing the cuisine for all food and beverage outlets at the hotel including: room service, banquets and catered events, Vander Bar, Madison Club Lounge, mad46 and the Roosevelt Grill.

Specializing in creative hotel cuisine, Hohmann has worked as the Executive Chef at the Warwick New York Hotel and has served as the Executive Chef at Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel and the Sous Chef at Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers. Stemming from his degree earned at Johnson and Wales University, Hohmann developed a strong career foundation with accomplishments ranging from training and leading teams of more than 50 culinary associates to great successes and increasing top line revenue by 125% at Culinary Creations – a catering company he established and served as Executive Chef.
