Fleet Week NYC Starts May 25th!

With Memorial Day Weekend approaching, it’s hard not to get excited about all the summer activities that New York City has to offer. A tradition in New York since 1984, Fleet Week is one of the greatest annual events of the season. Fleet Week is a United States Navy, United States Marine Corps and United States Coast Guard tradition when active military ships recently deployed in overseas operations dock in major cities for one week. Once the ships dock, the crews explore the city, while us city folks get to explore the ships and other activities that coincide with the event. For a complete list of ships docking this year, click here.

Fleet Week is full of exciting events from military demonstrations to the public tours of the ships. Click here for the full schedule, but here are some of our favs!
