It’s that time of year again! The air is getting crisp and holiday music is already starting to hit the radio. What does that mean? It’s time to start planning your winter NYC activities. One of my personal favorites is ice skating at the Ice Rink at Rockefeller Center . It’s a great way to spend time with your loved ones and a quintessential New York experience. The ice rink will open this weekend on October 9th and although the tree won’t be up until sometime in November, you can still experience on of our city’s greatest attraction. Another great ice skating experience is at The Pond at Bryant Park. Opening this year on October 29th, it’s free admission but $12 for a skate rental. And don’t put your wallet away yet. The Pond is surrounded by the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park. The shops are magnificent and have a great local NYC flare with local artists and vendors. It’s hard not to spend a bundle but it’s totally worth it. The shops will have its grand opening on November 5th.
