If you live in New York City, chances are you don’t have a yard, let alone a barbecue or a grill. Good thing the country’s top pit masters make their way to the the big city to grill us some delicious goodies.
Every June, Madison Square Park hosts the Big Apple Barbecue Festival where you can dig into all kinds of barbecued treats, like ribs, pulled pork and brisket, all while enjoying live music and other activities. Be sure to come on an empty stomach and some cash in your pocket. It’s free to get in, but will cost you $8.00 a plate. If your up for it, get yourself a $100 Fastpass and skip all the lines.
